About the event

The new Fundamental Capacity Screen (FCS) seminar will explore the four fundamental forms in which the movement expresses its energy and you can understand how they interact with each other and in the specific context of each individual. Shaping endurance athletes, resilient in sports, but also in the world of work and amateur sports is the ultimate goal for coaches, and health professionals. The FCS will allow you to create a body movement of quality in the long term, for the health of your customers and athletes.

For over 20 years, Functional Movement Systems' mission has been to create a method of designing exercise and training programs based on the quality of movement. This base, this entry point, is the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). The Fundamental Skills (FCS) scrutiny is the natural next step, the continuation of that systematic and logical approach.

In this seminar you will be able to: explore Motor Control, Postural Control, Explosive Strength Control and Deceleration Control and consider their vital importance in human development. FCS also supports the basic philosophy of FMS which involves the development of scrutinies related to the individual to measure these 4 basic skills.
